Reliance Mobile and Atom Offer an Inter-Operable Platform

It was announced that Reliance Mobile, India’s leading dual technology mobile service brand of Reliance Communications decided to work with atom technologies, the leading m-commerce solutions provider from the Financial Technologies India Limited group. Due to such partnership Reliance Mobile will have an opportunity to provide a fast, dependable and inter-operable platform. It will help conclude payment transactions to Reliance GSM and CDMA Mobile customers across India. The subscribers will be able to make payments due to the content provider Atom that will provide multiple banks and merchants on a common platform through RCOM. It means that Reliance subscribers can purchase insurance services, DTH recharges, movie tickets, books & periodicals, consumer goods, holiday packages as well as bus & train tickets using their Reliance Mobile connection. Moreover it is planned to support Guest users as well as Registered Users in order to make payment transactions while using Mobile connections. Users will have to register according to which the he or she will get a payment transactions access. Users do not have to be afraid of anything as the transactions are secured and PIN is protected. At the moment atom has merchant acquiring relationship with ICICI, HDFC, Citi and Axis Bank.
